Challenge
Adobe has hundreds of global partners deploying different products and solutions. Increasing engagement would mean more Adobe-partner solution sales to customers.
Our Thinking
We saw Adobe’s partners as an underutilized path to grow the company’s business. For real, rich partner and customer engagement, we needed more than just assets or a standalone website. The entire program had to be reimagined with a new look and feel that aligned with Adobe’s overall brand.

Outcome
A creative sub-brand and messaging structure was created that spoke specifically to Adobe partners. We then created a microsite that explained the power of the program and developed content detailing the program’s value to partners.  Just as important, a backend system automated manual, arduous tasks for partner onboarding, approvals and communication. This automation enabled Adobe internal partner team to jump out of spreadsheets and dive into partner strategy
